Land Origination & Development
Our mission at SixAndWest is to locate land that is uniquely qualified for our client’s portfolio. Our land origination services include a rigorous screening process based on criteria and guidelines set by our client.
By the time we present a land opportunity to our client for review, it has already undergone a fair amount of due diligence. Our clients accept over 85% of land opportunities we submit.
Lease Purchase
The need for clean, renewable energy has been growing drastically over the past few years. Many landowners find themselves leasing land to a Development Company in order to provide the necessary real estate to construct these renewable energy assets. Here at SixAndWest, with the financial backing of our partners, we will pre-pay the value of a lease to a landowner, in one lump sum payment. Or in other cases SixAndWest can offer landowners liquidity for land that is under development or operating a renewable asset.
