SixAndWest is a professional firm specializing in all things land, negotiations and development. With over 10 years of experience in negotiations and contracts, we are led by our President and CEO, Demitrez Butler. We pride ourselves on preserving the core tenets our company was founded on. Positive Relationships, Adaptability and Follow Through. We are headquartered in the heart of the Historic Gaslamp Quarter, in beautiful, San Diego. Our work extends Nationwide, with a heavy presence in California, New York and Virginia.

In February of 2020, just before the Pandemic and global shutdown, our President Demitrez Butler stumbled across the industry of renewables and development. With a heavy background in sales, systems and process development; this was new territory for him. He partnered with one of the pioneering developers in the industry and for the next few years absorbed every bit of knowledge he could. He ended up spearheading the development of over 3 dozen projects, in the course of just over 2 years.
In February 2023, coincidentally exactly three years later, Demitrez decided to move in a direction of his own, thus creating what is now SixAndWest. We continue to stick to our core services of land origination and development for solar developments. But with that said, our goals lead us in the direction of real estate investment and commercial developments as well; to include infrastructure, housing and commercial office space.
The future holds a lot of growth and change for SixAndWest. We will continue to foster Positive Relationships, Adapt and Followthrough as we continue through this next chapter.
